We are developing novel single cell, high-throughput experimental, computational and machine learning tools aimed at probing the immune system function and dysregulation from unique perspectives.

Published lab and computational methodologies include: 


  • Isotype-resolved high-throughput BCR sequencing and analyses in humans (Bashford-Rogers, et al., Nature 2019), mice (Burrows, Bashford-Rogers, et al., Nature Immunology, 2020), llamas (McCoy, et al., PLoS Pathog, 2014), and other organisms.


  • High-throughput TCR sequencing and analyses (De Mattos-Arruda et al., Cell Reports, 2019).
